Wildlife Trade, Indo-China

Second in scale only to illegal drug trafficking, but lacking resources for enforcement agencies, the illegal trade in wildlife is pushing many species to extinction throughout Indo-China. As Thailand and Vietnam's wildlife disappears, pressure on Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar's wild animal populations increases with cross-border traffic in live animals and animal parts commonplace.
